"Great stay location in Rolla, MO. Very accommodating hosts that communicate well. The location is down some gravel county roads which makes it nice and secluded. Easy to get to, but when it is snowy/icy, the last mile or so down the gravel roads are not always groomed by the county meaning you may contend with some slick roads. I was able to get my renegade super C down the road successfully without any issues. Looking forward to another stay here next month when I pass back through." ~Paul L. (Jan 2025)

"We visited with the host for quite some time after checking in. They have many amenities that we were unable to try since the weather was not cooperative. However, they have built up quite a pleasant set-up for anyone looking for a few extra days to unwind." ~Darlene N. (Jan 2025)

"What a lovely, well thought out park! We had a long trip ahead of us and this was just the quiet evening we needed. THE FHU were very much appreciated. We would definitely stay again." ~Julie C. (Mar 2025)

"We felt Haven Hollow was a perfect place to spend a couple days. We were lucky enough to be in site #16 which was very private. I texted the host about getting eggs and heard back right away. We would recommend this place to anyone. Also loved watching the chickens roam around!" ~Barry & Peggy S. (Mar 2025)

"Had to change my plans last minute due to weather and there was fortunately no issue - but it was the quick response time that impressed me. Small and clean farm with roaming chickens and a vocal rooster, lol. Paths to walk and a lovely scenic area. Would absolutely return." ~Sharon O. (Mar 2025)

"Very peaceful stay. Star filled sky. Loved it." ~Michelle P. (Mar 2025)

"This was a great place to stay! Beautiful farmland, easy back in spot with water, electric and sewer hookups. We got to see so many stars at night! We didn't get to meet the host but their friend took great care of us!" ~David S. (Mar 2025)

"It's nice, calm, and secluded, but we noticed some RVs that looked like long-term RV parking. Less of a family vacation feel. No bathrooms or laundry. Nothing to do other than walk around and see some chickens." V. S. (Apr 2025)

"tout est parfait et construit avec grand soin pour nous les voyageurs. autant les avis pour atteindre le lieu, la qualité des installations, du silence des lieux et la noirceur de la nuit. merci aux hôtes et à leurs poules Felicitations pour ce lieu d'exception!"
TRANSLATION: "Everything is perfect and thoughtfully designed for us as travelers. From the access to the location to the quality of the facilities, the peaceful quiet, and the deep darkness of the night everything stood out to us. Thank you to the hosts, and to their chickens as well! Congratulations on this exceptional place!" ~Patricia R. (Apr 2025)

"I arrived to Haven Hollow right before some serious rain. My first site had some water runoff during a flash flood period. Because I was staying two nights and more rain was in the forecast, I ended up moving sites to have less water through the site. The hosts were very accommodating and also kept me up-to-date on the creek levels nearby as I left (there’s another way to exit the property if the nearby creek is high). Will definitely return if I find myself passing through again! Really nice, quiet area." ~Erin  T. (Apr 2025)

"what a piece of paradise. quiet and no light polution, stars are amazing. stopping in again when passing through!" ~Scott B. (Apr 2025)

"Lovely small farmstead, scenc setting, peaceful and quiet-well worth the extra 10 minites away from the highway" ~Karen S. (Apr 2025)

"This was exactly what we hoped our experience would be. We were in Rolla for a baseball tournament for our son. This campsite was perfect for our needs. We will be back when we can just relax and enjoy the area." ~Eric V. (Apr 2025)

"Well thought out spaces, thorough communication on directions and expectations, eggs were waiting for us. We do like to meet our hosts, but did not get the chance since everything is spelled out for self service." ~Diane W. (May 2025)

"We so enjoyed our visit to Haven Hollow! Very welcoming and a great place to just unwind and relax! DeLisa came in the morning to greet us with the most amazing yummy strawberries! We walked the farm several times with our little Rat Terrier Riley … visited the chickens and loved taking pictures of the various wildflowers and pretty produce gardens! Would love to visit again in the future to see the wonderful things they have planned for their farm in the future! Thanks so much again :)" ~Daniel O. (May 2025)

"What a slice of Heaven. Absolutely beutiful property. Peaceful and quiet. Very well set up. Easy to maneuver and park. It is Close to I-44 that we tarvel quite often. If Jason and DeLisa will have us, Haven Hollow will become our regular stop when passing through." ~Russell R. (May 2025)

"We couldn’t ask for more on this stay! Full hookups, beautiful trails, very quiet, perfectly level gravel pad, and fresh eggs delivered to our camper was WELL worth the few mile drive off the highway! They were flexible with our checkout time which made our day in St Louis much more enjoyable. I highly recommend this host!" ~Stephanie T. (May 2025)

"A lovely stay for a night’s rest while traveling. The frounds have several trails which my pup loved. There is the sweetest chicken coop designed like a village! And the fresh eggs available for purchase are the absolute best" ~Aurora O. (May 2025)

"Very nice overnight stop traveling from Wisconsin to New Mexico. Full hookups, easy parking. Initially missed turn off Hwy 63, name of road in directions did not match road sign (county road number). Recommend." ~Linda F. (Jul 2025)

"This place is cute and beautifully easy set up. We loved walking through the meadow paths with the chicken town." ~Jordan E. (Jul 2025)

5-stars on Google ~Chris O. (Aug 2025)

"This is a little campground with full hook ups and it is wonderful. I usually stay at Harvest Host locations to stay away from campgrounds but this was very nice. They have big sites with lots of space between. Check in is a breeze and the sites are well marked. There are mowed paths to walk and a pond. They have eggs for sale and you can even feed the chickens. Be aware that the road to the location is gravel and can be a little narrow but well maintained. This location is well worth the drive over the gravel. I would stay again." ~Lori A. (Aug 2025)

"A picturesque meadow humming with the sounds of nature. The trails were very well-kept, and the gravel roads were well-maintained." ~Ellie Q. (Aug 2025)

"This was a well taken care of location. It was great to have all the details on our stay up front. Thank you for being a Harvest Host and making traveling affordable. If we ever come this way again it will be one of our stops." ~Debra M. (Aug 2025)

"This was our first ever Harvest Host stop. We honestly just thought it would be a spot in a field to park for the time. We were so pleasantly surprised by the beauty! Haven Hollow is right out of a fairy tale. The beauty, the nature, the clean atmosphere! We were greeted by the owners and appreciated the amazing hospitality. We would love a return visit should we ever be in the area again!" ~John O. (Aug 2025)

"Awesome and quiet corner of Missouri. 10 minutes off the freeway but well worth the time. Very quiet, pastoral setting. Extremely quiet except the occasional crowing of a rooster in the early hours, with a light golden haze arriving with the rising sun—well, you get the picture. A couple of good hills and a gravel road, but my 28’ Airstream made it just fine. Dead level sites with excellent water/electrical/sewer. For full hook-up at $40, this place is a gem regardless whether it’s an overnight stay or multiple days." ~Greg B. (Sep 2025)

"Conveniently located a short drive off the interstate. Quick communication, clear directions, and level FHU gravel sites. We enjoyed a perfectly quiet night and enjoyed walking our dogs on the property. Directions will mention the gravel road the last mile or so to the site, be aware there are a couple of short steep hills (6-7%) up and down, before the property, we managed ok in our 40’ class A towing, but caught us by surprise." ~James S. (Sep 2025)

"Haven Hollow is a really nice quiet little RV park in a rural area of Missouri. Everything is well maintained and organized with lots of TLC. Their prices for the full hookup sites are very reasonable even if you're not a Harvest Host member. They even have a tornado shelter if you find yourself there during that time of year. There is plenty of room to maneuver even the largest of rigs because of the turnabouts built into their campground road. Our hosts sent us plenty of information about what to do and how to do it upon our arrival. We highly recommend Haven Hollow." ~Floyd T. (Sep 2025)

"Great place for a quick overnight or longer stay. If you need power and water and full hookups it’s the place for you. I have a 45 foot motorcoach and the roads are a a little narrow but nothing terrible. Just be prepared for the dust on the gravel road. Other than than a beautiful place" ~Jason K. (Sep 2025)

"Clean, quiet, all hookups worked. Beautiful sunrise and sunset." ~Erin M. (Sep 2025)

"Quiet, clean, gorgeous property. Also bought two dozen farm fresh eggs." ~Dave S. (Sep 2025)

"What a beautiful place. Thanks for having us." ~Robert J. (Oct 2025)

"We did a quick overnight during our long drive home- the instructions provided by the hosts are clear and thorough. The farm is beautiful and our dogs loved exploring the trails." ~Madelyn T. (Oct 2025)

"On a trip from Western NY to Tonopah, AZ. Quite a ride into the camp. Narrow road with deep drop offs. Once we got there BEAUTIFUL." ~Debra M. (Oct 2025)

"Nice to have a real campsite. Peaceful easy" ~Donna K. (Oct 2025)

"It’s a way off the beaten path but is a good place for a country campground and is kept up nicely!" ~James & Penny R.  (Oct 2025)

"Very quiet. Lovely, natural setting. The owner helpful. The Google directions are not the best." ~Teresa B. (Oct 2025)

"This was a gift - to have full hook ups for only $20 (Oct 2025). Hosts were very friendly! They have given important and specific instructions because they are needed - as they state it is a gravel road in and it is quite hilly from the direction we came so I really appreciated the instructions and warnings! Highly recommend!" ~Noelle H. (Oct 2025)

"Returning from a trip to Arizona, we wanted to stay in central MO so we chose Haven Hollow. A small campground on a farm south of Rolla, MO, it's one of the quietest places we've ever stayed, totally away from roads, neighbors quiet, AND FHU. The hosts talked briefly with us and we bought a dozen fresh eggs too. If we need to stay in the Rolla area again, we'll be back!" ~Lisa & Matthew S. (Oct 2025)

"Nice place but tough roads for a big rig" ~Richard S. (Nov 2025)

"We stayed two nights at Haven Hallow. We enjoyed just sitting under the night sky and watching the shooting stars, enjoying the fire. The eggs we purchased made a lovely breakfast on our second morning, I love farm fresh eggs. We were there to visit family in Rolla so didn't spend much time during the day but I would so go back just for the night sky! Thank you!" ~Cara R. (Nov 2025)

"Haven Hollow was a beautiful and peaceful place. Because we were there in the fall we arrived after dark. While the turnoff was hard to see once we got down the country road the spot and the Welcome board were both easily found. There were many what appeared to be full time residents on the campground, yet we saw very few people. The openness of the skies allowed some spectacular star gazing opportunities. The early morning walks were very nice." ~Gayla D. (Nov 2025)

"35ft fifth wheel pulled with 3500 dually. A perfect, quiet reset for a long trip! The hosts were very quick to respond, gave perfect directions on the HH site. We ran into travel issues and were there after dark (much harder on those narrow roads), but directions were precise enough to get us in with no problems. It’s a narrow road, just be cautious. We built a fire, took a walk down premade mowed paths, fed the chickens and had the best sleep! We loved it so much, the hosts graciously accepted our request for another day. Highly recommend." ~Ernest S. (Nov 2025)

"Very quiet place with all the services in a big field with a nice pond we really appreciate it" ~Gilles R. (Nov 2025)

"We landed here as we were having truck issues and needed a repair. The hosts were so welcoming and accommodating AND it is a BEAUTIFUL spot. Spacious parking places, wonderful expansive view and a well-cared for park. This park has it all!" ~Jerri S. (Nov 2025)

"This is a small RV park (16 spots) with just 1 or 2 for Harvest Host guest. Many of the rigs appear to be long term. It is beautifully maintained, with nice trails mowed through the meadow and hook-ups if you want them. I'd stop again." ~Deborah W. (Dec 2025)
