1) RV Standards
If your RV is ten years or older, photos of the RV are required for long-term stays. Stock photos are not accepted. Email photos to [email protected].
RV must be in working order. RV must have a functioning bathroom on board. (Haven Hollow does not currently have public bathrooms or a shower house.) No leaks in grey or black tanks.
Long-term stays are valid for true motorhomes (Class A, B or C), 5th Wheels and travel trailers. Pop-ups are not eligible for long-term stays.
2) Deposit/Credit Card/Refund
Committing to a long-term stay is fifteen nights or more. If you terminate your stay before fifteen nights, you are still responsible to pay for 15 nights =
Sites 1-4, 6 & 7 : $174.75 deposit
Site 5: $190.00 deposit
Site 8: $200.00 deposit
Sites 10-16: $210 deposit
- Deposits are due at time of reservation to secure your site.
- A credit card is required to be on file for all long-term stays.
- If at any time you check out before staying 15 nights, you will receive a refund for any nights previously paid over 15 nights, minus any electric usage. The deposit is non-refundable.
4) Electricity
Currently, the local electric company charges $.0933/KWH. This is the electric rate Haven Hollow is charged in addition to monthly fees. Haven Hollow rounds up to $.10/KWH to cover fees as well as other amenities that use electricity provided to our guests.
5) Winter Policy: November - April
Haven Hollow water hydrants are heated. Guests must have a heated water hose to stay connected to the water hydrant when temperatures are below freezing.
If guest does not wish to use a heated water hose, guest must be weather aware. When temperatures drop below 32 degrees, water hoses must be disconnected from the hydrant and hydrant turned off. Filling freshwater tanks should be done during warmer hours of the day.
Long-term guests may want to consider skirting their RV.
There is a $500 charge for damages incurred to Haven Hollow LLC campground utilities due to guest's neglect of Haven Hollow winter policy.
