Our Story

Before Haven Hollow had a name it was a dream. A dream conceived when our children were young. We dreamed of owning property where we could have enough space for all our family. A space big enough that our parents, children, and children's children would always feel welcome to stay as long as they desire. While we dreamed of homes and shared cul-de-sacs, the dream developed over the years in particulars, but it always remained that there would be space and a lot of it!
Our dream eventually developed into the RV lifestyle. We enjoy RVing ourselves and have lived in an RV from early 2020 - early 2025. As well as living in an RV for a short while in 2010 with our children. In 2019, we were blessed to find ourselves in a financial position to realize our dreams and purchase a beautiful parcel of 50 acres in the Missouri Ozarks in early 2020. Haven Hollow was birthed in March 2020 beginning with sites 1-8. In the fall of 2024 Haven Hollow expanded by adding 8 more sites (9-16) and a small home for us located after the first round about. In 2026 a second home was added to the property for Jason's mom. This home is located at the entrance and is private. :) |
Haven Hollow's first and main focus is camping. Specifically, RV camping. Haven Hollow has 16 full-hook up sites, 13 are available for long-term use.
We are thrilled you are considering joining us in our dream. We have a lot of plans that we know will take years to complete. Just like normal life there is beginning and growth. We farm chickens and have worked with chickens for over 13 years. We began a small garden in 2022. We enjoy offering our overflow of veggies to our guests. We have eggs available during the warmer months. Just ask! $3/dz. Come and enjoy the quiet country with us as we grow and develop! We are a budding farm in the country. Please be aware that your stay may be accompanied by the natural sounds, smells and bugs that come with country farm life. |
