Winter Policy: November – April
Haven Hollow water hydrants are heated. Guests must have a heated water hose to stay connected to the water hydrant when temperatures are below freezing.
If guest does not wish to use a heated water hose, guest must be weather aware. When temperatures drop below 32 degrees, water hoses must be disconnected from the hydrant and hydrant turned off. Filling fresh water tanks should be done during warmer hours of the day.
Long-term guests may want to consider skirting their RV.
There is a $500 charge for damages incurred to Haven Hollow LLC campground utilities due to guest's neglect of Haven Hollow winter policy.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY
Your stay at Haven Hollow constitutes your agreement to the following release of liability. Haven Hollow LLC is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss to either person or property. The owners/management of Haven Hollow LLC absolve themselves from all liability and responsibility pertaining to loss by fire, theft, weather, acts of God, property damage, accident or any other cause whatsoever, and guests agree to save, protect and hold harmless Haven Hollow LLC from all such liability. Haven Hollow LLC retains the right to alter and modify any of the rules, regulations and policies in keeping with the fairness and best interest of all guests. Management’s decisions in all disputes are deemed final. Violation of rules, regulations and policies that result in damage or destruction to Haven Hollow LLC personnel and/or property, guests and/or guests’ property, or threaten the safety of guests will result in the termination of your stay.
