If your RV is ten years or older, photos of the RV are required for long-term stays. Stock photos are not accepted. Email photos to [email protected].
RV must be in working order. RV must have a functioning bathroom on board. (Haven Hollow does not currently have public bathrooms or a shower house.) No leaks in grey or black tanks.
Long-Term Policy
Committing to a long-term stay is fifteen nights or more. If you terminate your stay before fifteen nights, you are still responsible to pay for 15 nights = $174.75, plus any electric usage. A credit card is required to be on file for all long-term stays.
Haven Hollow typically bills long-term stays by the month. If you are beginning a long-term stay in a month with less than 15 nights remaining, but greater than 5 nights, you will be required to pay a deposit equal to 15 nights - $174.75. Any remaining balance from your deposit will be credited to your account as necessary. If the beginning month has 5 or less nights remaining the remaining nights will be billed in addition to the following month. Payments are due at time of reservation to secure your site. You may download the payment chart at the bottom of this page.
Examples:
1) You make a reservation for a long-term stay beginning April 20. You pay a deposit of $174.75 for the month of April. Since there are only 11 nights remaining in April, you would have a credit of 4 nights = $46.60. Assuming you do not check-out, on May 1 you would be billed for the electric you used in April as well as the May site fee - $361.15. The $46.60 would show as a credit on your account.
If, however, you decided to check out on May 1. Haven Hollow would not return your balance and you would be billed for the electric you used April 20 - May 1.
2) You make a reservation for a long-term stay beginning April 27. April only has 4 nights remaining in the month. Your initial payment would be $407.75 - $46.60 for the 4 nights remaining in April and $361.15 for the 31 nights in May. Your next payment would be due June 1 and would include electric used the last 4 days/nights in April and May 1-31.
If at any time you checked out before staying 15 nights, you would receive a refund for any nights beyond 15 nights, minus any used electric.

Currently, the local electric company charges $.0933/KWH. This is the electric rate Haven Hollow is charged in addition to monthly fees. Haven Hollow rounds up to $.10/KWH to cover fees as well as other amenities that use electricity provided to our guests.
Winter Policy: November – April
Haven Hollow water hydrants are heated. Guests must have a heated water hose to stay connected to the water hydrant when temperatures are below freezing.
If guest does not wish to use a heated water hose, guest must be weather aware. When temperatures drop below 32 degrees, water hoses must be disconnected from the hydrant and hydrant turned off. Filling fresh water tanks should be done during warmer hours of the day.
Long-term guests may want to consider skirting their RV.
There is a $500 charge for damages incurred to Haven Hollow LLC campground utilities due to guest's neglect of Haven Hollow winter policy.
